The Advertisement Poster
When I decided on which style of poster to use from my designs I decided on the design with the several different sets of eyes to match the rest of my other media texts and ensure that I have used cross-media synergy through my work.
When contructing my poster I used Adobe Photoshop to edit my poster into my final product below but this is the stages I endured to get to my final advertisement poster. When deciding on color and the difference in color to express the style of the soap I decided to make the eyes in full color and the rest of the images in black and white so the area that I wanted to be prominent in terms of cross-meda synergy are distinctive. The branding of the E4 logo was definite and meaningful in the poster as the channel is an important aspect of the poster, so the viewers know which channel to go to to watch the programme. I also think the E4 branding works well in effectiveness as it looks realistic like it would genuinely be on a poster for E4.
